To begin, I want to acknowledge 5 star customer service from Pangea. My order came a bit too banged up to provide as gifts as intended, so I reached out. Pangea went above and beyond with addressing the issue expediently and bringing a full, fair resolution. Great start of a potential long customer relationship!
Onto the cream. This stuff is superb! My hands get quite dry from years of exposure to certain cleaning substances and now years of increased washing practices throughout the day. After washing my hands, I apply this cream and it not only moisturizes very well but furthermore has a lasting effect without being excessively oily. My main gripe with many other high performing lotions is how oily they get. For instance, a friend gave me the highest strength Mary Kay moisturizer for damaged, dry skin, but each time I wear it (aside from to bed) everything I touch for hours gets an oily sheen, even clothing. That is not the case with this cream. I would buy the cream again.
One star concern. It may not be completely fair, but I drew down one star on this review mainly for two reasons: (1) the metal tube easily gets misshapen and can jettison excess lotion out when you do not want to use so much, and (2) the scent (generally quite pleasant) can be strong to the extent that it might affect more sensitive smellers in your proximity or counteract any other fragrances you are wearing (i.e., cologne/ perfume).
